AI-Native Magic 8 Flagships Arriving Q4 2025
Honor has confirmed its Magic 8 series will debut in the fourth quarter of 2025, with a likely mid-October reveal to beat last year’s Magic 7 launch. CMO Guo Rui calls it the “most exciting flagship of Q4,” and company insiders expect a staggered rollout: Magic 8 and Magic 8 Pro first, followed by Magic 8 Ultra and a possible Magic 8 Mini in early 2026.
CEO James Li has spotlighted MagicOS 10, which reportedly embeds a large language model that automates tasks behind the scenes. Honor may even add a dedicated AI button for instant access, though details remain unconfirmed.
Leaked specs promise a 200 MP “NoxGod” telephoto sensor alongside a direct Time-of-Flight module to boost photography and AR. All while keeping the series thin and lightweight to stand out in a crowded flagship field.
Magic V6 Foldable Poised for 200 MP Breakthrough
A new leak from Digital Chat Station suggests the Honor Magic V6 will pack a 200 MP main camera—quadruple the 50 MP sensor on last year’s Magic V5—without sacrificing the V5’s slim, durable design.
The foldable is also tipped to ship with MagicOS 10 optimized for multitasking on large screens. On performance, Honor could choose Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 or opt for the slightly cheaper Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 to keep costs in check.
If confirmed, the Magic V6 would be the first non-Samsung foldable to sport a 200 MP sensor, underscoring Honor’s ambition to lead the next era of smartphone and foldable innovation.
