Samsung has begun rolling out its Android 16–based One UI 8 update to Galaxy S25 series users in India, Germany, and the UK. The global release was announced earlier this week, but it was only available in South Korea and Indian customers are now receiving a roughly 4GB download that also installs September’s security patch.

The One UI 8 update enhances Samsung’s AI capabilities and refines core user experiences:
