Samsung is gearing up to expand its Galaxy S25 lineup with a new Fan Edition model set to arrive sooner than last year’s offering. Recent leaks have revealed the full spec sheet, shedding light on the device’s design, performance, camera setup, battery and more.
Design and Display
The Galaxy S25 FE measures 161.3 x 76.6 x 7.4 mm and tips the scales at 190 grams, making it both slimmer and lighter than its predecessor. The phone retains the IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
It sports a 6.7-inch AMOLED 2X display with a 1080 x 2340 pixels (FHD+) resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass Victus protection.
Performance and Software
Under the hood, the S25 FE is powered by Samsung’s Exynos 2400 chipset, a mild upgrade over the Exynos 2400e found in the S24 FE. It pairs this chipset with 8GB of RAM and offers 128GB or 256GB of onboard storage.
The device will ship with Android 16 and Samsung’s One UI 8 skin out of the box.
Camera Setup
Samsung has equipped the S25 FE with a versatile quad-camera array:
- 50MP main sensor with f/1.8 aperture and optical image stabilization
- 12MP ultrawide lens with f/2.2 aperture
- 8MP telephoto camera with f/2.4 aperture, 3× optical zoom and OIS
- 12MP front camera with f/2.2 aperture
Battery and Charging
The Fan Edition model houses a 4500 mAh battery—smaller than the 4700 mAh cell in the S24 FE—but compensates with faster charging speeds. Wired charging now tops out at 45W, compared to the previous 25W, while wireless charging remains at 15W.
Colours and Availability
The Galaxy S25 FE will be offered in four finishes: Navy, Icy Blue, Jet Black and White. Exact launch dates and pricing details are expected to be announced by Samsung in the coming weeks.
