vivo has introduced its new X300 series, featuring the compact X300 and the flagship X300 Pro. Both models are powered by MediaTek’s latest Dimensity 9500 SoC, offering substantial upgrades over last year’s lineup. The phones will be available for pre-order immediately and go on sale in China starting October 17.
vivo X300 Features
The vivo X300 sports a 6.31-inch 8T LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a sharp 1216 × 2640 pixel (1.5K) resolution. Under the hood, the phone runs on the Dimensity 9500 chip paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage. A 6040 mAh battery supports 90W wired and 40W wireless charging for quick top-ups.
vivo has equipped the X300 with a versatile triple-camera setup. The rear array includes a 200 MP Samsung HPB primary sensor (f/1.68), a 50 MP Sony LYT-602 periscope telephoto lens (f/2.57) with 3X optical zoom, and a 50 MP Samsung JN1 ultrawide unit (f/2.0). Selfies are handled by a 50 MP JN1 sensor behind the 6.31-inch display.
Measuring just 150.57 × 71.92 × 7.95 mm and weighing 190 g, the X300 offers IP68/IP69 dust and water resistance. It runs OriginOS 6 on Android 16, features an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, dual stereo speakers, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, Wi-Fi 6, and dual-band GPS.
vivo X300 Pro Features
The X300 Pro builds on its sibling with a 6.78-inch 8T LTPO AMOLED screen delivering 1260 × 2800 pixel (1.5K) resolution, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and a 120Hz refresh rate. It shares the Dimensity 9500 SoC but adds vivo’s V3+ imaging chip, up to 16GB of RAM, and up to 1TB of storage.
Photography on the Pro is led by a 50 MP Sony LYT-828 main sensor (f/1.57) with gimbal OIS. It’s joined by a 200 MP Samsung HPB periscope telephoto lens (f/2.67) capable of 3.7X optical zoom and a 50 MP JN1 ultrawide module (f/2.0). A 50 MP JN1 selfie camera resides under the display.
At 161.98 × 75.48 × 7.99 mm and 226 g, the X300 Pro also meets IP68/IP69 standards. It offers Bluetooth 5.4, Wi-Fi 7, USB-C 3.2 Gen 1, stereo speakers, and OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. It houses a 6510 mAh battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless charging support.
