Oppo today unveiled its latest F31 series in India, introducing three smartphones that all pack a massive 7000 mAh battery, a 50 MP OIS main camera, and AMOLED displays with 120Hz refresh rates. The lineup comprises the Oppo F31, F31 Pro, and F31 Pro+, each offering distinct performance and design upgrades to appeal to a wide range of buyers.
Oppo F31: Balanced Performance and Endurance
The base model features a 6.5-inch AMOLED screen and is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 Energy chipset paired with a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. Oppo equips the F31 with up to 8GB RAM, 256GB storage, and ColorOS 15, promising two years of OS updates and three years of security patches. Photography is handled by a 50 MP OIS main sensor alongside a 2 MP depth camera, while selfies come from a 16 MP front shooter. The handset supports underwater photography, weighs 187 g, and measures 7.9 mm thick.
Oppo F31 Pro: Enhanced Chipset and Fast Charging
Moving up, the F31 Pro is driven by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 (4 nm) Energy chipset with a Mali-G615 MC2 GPU and features a 5,219 mm² SuperCool VC thermal system. Storage tops out at 256GB UFS 3.1, with up to 12GB RAM. The same 6.5-inch 1080 x 2372 pixels (FHD+) AMOLED 120Hz display returns, backed by the same 7,000 mAh cell—but now with 80 W fast charging. Camera specs mirror the F31 for rear imaging, while the front camera jumps to 32 MP and adds 4K@30fps video recording capability. The Pro model weighs 191 g and is 7.9 mm thick.
Oppo F31 Pro+: Larger Display and Snapdragon 7 Gen 3
At the top sits the F31 Pro+, featuring a 6.8-inch 1280 x 2800 pixels (1.5K) flat AMOLED panel with a 93.5 % screen-to-body ratio. It has AGC DT-Star D+ protection for the display. It runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 (4 nm) chipset and Adreno 720 GPU, supported by Oppo’s advanced cooling system. Memory and storage match the Pro at up to 12GB RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1, while battery and charging remain identical. Imaging hardware is the same as the Pro, including the 50 MP OIS rear sensor and 32 MP front camera. The phone can record up to 4K@30fps with its rear camera and 1080p@30fps with its front camera. This model weighs 195 g and measures 7.7 mm in thickness.
All three models ship with ColorOS 15’s new Trinity Engine for improved system optimization.
