
Xiaomi unveiled the 15T and 15T Pro during a global launch event in Munich on Wednesday, introducing two new flagships that pair MediaTek Dimensity processors with Leica-co-engineered triple rear cameras, large 5500mAh batteries, an IP68 rating, and the company’s 3D IceLoop thermal system.
Models and positioning
- Xiaomi 15T Pro is the higher-end model powered by the Dimensity 9400+ chipset and targeted at buyers who want top-tier performance, faster wired and wireless charging, and upgraded optics.
- Xiaomi 15T is the standard flagship that uses the Dimensity 8400 Ultra SoC and offers many of the same core features at a lower price point.
Dimensions, weight and colours
- Xiaomi 15T Pro: 162.7 × 77.9 × 7.96 mm, 210 g. Available in Black, Grey, and Mocha Gold.
- Xiaomi 15T: 163.2 × 78.0 × 7.50 mm, 194 g. Available in Black, Gray, and Rose Gold.
- Durability: Both carry an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance.
Display, software and battery
- Display: Both sport a 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED LIPO panel with Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection, a peak brightness claim of 3200 nits and support for high refresh rates. The 15T Pro offers a 144Hz refresh rate and 480Hz touch sampling rate. The standard 15T supports up to 120Hz, 3840Hz touch sampling rate
- Software: Both phones run Xiaomi HyperOS 2.
- Battery and thermal: Both devices include a 5500mAh battery and Xiaomi’s 3D IceLoop System for thermal management. The 15T Pro supports 90W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. The 15T supports 67W wired charging and does not offer wireless charging.
Cameras and imaging
- Xiaomi 15T Pro: Leica-branded triple rear camera unit with a Leica Summilux optical lens. Camera hardware includes a 50-megapixel Light Fusion 900 main sensor with OIS and f/1.62 aperture, a 50-megapixel telephoto sensor with 5x optical zoom and OIS, and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide sensor. The front camera is 32 megapixels. It can record video up to 8K@30fps and 4K@30/60/120fps with its rear camera and 4K@30fps with its front camera.
- Xiaomi 15T: Leica-tuned triple rear camera system featuring a 50-megapixel Light Fusion 800 main sensor, a 50-megapixel telephoto sensor, and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera. It can record video up to 4K@30/60fps with its rear camera. Front camera and many imaging features mirror the Pro model.

- Performance: 15T Pro uses a 3nm octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ with up to 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.1 storage. 15T runs on the Dimensity 8400 Ultra with up to 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.0 storage.
- Connectivity: Both phones offer 5G, Wi‑Fi 7, Bluetooth 6, GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, BeiDou, and NavIC. Both include a USB Type-C port.
- Sensors and extras: Both include an in-display fingerprint sensor, AI face unlock, accelerometer, ambient light sensor, e-compass, colour temperature sensor, gyroscope, proximity sensor, X-axis linear motor, IR blaster, and flicker sensor. Both models support Xiaomi Astral Communications for voice calls without a cellular or Wi‑Fi network.
- Multimedia: Both phone supports Dolby Vision and HDR10+ video streaming, dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos supports and Hi-Res Audio.

- Xiaomi 15T Pro: Starts at GBP 649 (Rs. 77,000) for 12GB + 256GB, GBP 699 (Rs. 83,000) for 12GB + 512GB, and GBP 799 (Rs. 95,000) for 12GB + 1TB.
- Xiaomi 15T: Priced from GBP 549 (Rs. 65,000) for the 12GB + 256GB model; a 512GB variant is also priced at GBP 549 (Rs. 65,000).
